1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories are intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Customized, tailored, or specially ordered products.
- Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or discount offers, unless damaged or defective.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within the eligible return period.
- Share your order details along with photographs of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).
- Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back in its original condition.
JRK Silks reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for:
- Defective or damaged products.
- Incorrect products received.
- Size or color exchanges, subject to product availability and approval.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs and order details.
- Our team will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund after verification.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Shipping for Returns
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
